The 2020 Il Carpino “Vis Uvae” Pinot Grigio was macerated on the skins for 35 days and 1 year in large Slavonian oak barrels to obtain a final product with powerful and complex aromas and flavours. The mouthfeel is sumptuous and powerful, of great structure with caressing and silky softness. Mineral and textural with baked apples, autumn fruits and a hint of redcurrant. Will reward further long aging for even more depth.
